"Nice, but some structural flaws

Attractive Design, Easy To Change Bulb

Bottom Line:

I bought several of these to frame my front walkway. I love the design and the fact that the bulbs are easy to change. Structurally there are two weaknesses: 1) The connector box is very poor. The metal pins inside are so weak they will bend over rather than piercing a thick gauge wire. I needed up cutting off the box and direct wiring some of mine. 2) The lamp screws into the base and this is a weak spot. If someone drags a hose across the base it can easily snap the lamp off right at the base.

I used these lights to adorn my front lawn and flower beds. It also provides enough light for security. I hooked 7 of these lights to a photosensitive transformer and it works great! The only problem with them is the connector box. The wires are not stripped far enough so you must check every box.
