Lamps Plus is a 5 star company. We have purchased three lights from the open box outlet as well as a new Gyro ceiling fan. We were pleased with every purchase made!! This light in particular is great for a shorter ceiling height room. We just LOVE they way it looks in our east bedroom. The light is very diverse in style, with it having a modern twist but also fits very well into our century old home.
