I purchased this light for my living room. It is gorgeous and unique!! I love looking at it and everyone who comes over compliments it and asks where I got it. It's subtle and beautiful and a showpiece all at the same time. It's very bright. I have it on a dimmer and it works great. It was a little tough to install because it's heavy (so tough to hold and wire at the same time) but it wasn't so bad. Go for it. You won't regret it!

I put this over a claw footed bathtube. It hugs the ceiling so people can 't bump their head but yet is a little like lilly pads to accent idea of bathroom. Dainty, delicate, artistic design.
