I often find the products I purchase have been previously opened with some parts missing and some degree of scratching or other blemishes. I usually see it once I hang the fixture and then don't want the hassle of taking the light back down to return. Highly reccomend a very very thorough examination of every piece. Lamps Plus needs to do a better job of ensuring each piece has been returned to the packaging when items are returned to their store.

When I renovate my kitchen two years ago, I got a beautiful GE stove-top with a glass canopy style exhaust fan on top of the stove. This Pendant Chadelier matches that, so I have it over the table in the kitchen. It looks very nice. But in two years, I have changed the light bulbs 3 times, and it is difficult to change it either.
