We live in Illinois most of the year but also have a condo in Bullhead City Az. We discovered the Lamps Plus store on a visit to Las Vegas. They have everything that we wanted in that store and the prices were very good. We have purchased a number of items at the store including this lamp which was perfect for what we needed. We were looking for a lamp with a Southwest Look and this was it. We will be back to Lamps Plus many times in the future.
i have had this lamp less than 1 month and the switch which is located on the cord (would be better if on the base of the lamp) has already shorted out.
I would prefer a switch on the base as opposed to the inline switch.
We purchased this beautiful lamp to use as a reading light in our living room. It is easy to assemble and easy to turn on and off. It provides a romantic yellow light in our living room in the evenings. It doesn't take up too much room on our small end table, but still provides a lot of light.
This lamp is beautiful in my foyer. I use smaller wattage bulbs then the maximum to give a soft ambiance. It is a striking piece at a great price. I'm so glad that I purchased it.
