Its a fine light

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

The light works fine, and the plug is an added plus. The only negative is that the light sensor that turns the lamp on and off is a little too eager to turn it on. To be honest I haven't looked to see if I can adjust it, but as it is delivered, it's not unusual to see the lamp on in the middle of the afternoon.
