I guess the description doesn't SAY not to use it in the bathroom but...I did and it was fine for a while. Now, the metal part that holds the glass in place is rusting! The brushed nickel is fine but the center metal piece is not brushed nickel and can't handle the moisture. I still recommend it...just not for the bathroom.

Our hallway has a very low ceiling, as the ductwork runs above. The old ceiling light overwhelmed the space. Much too big and clunky, and had a depth of 10 inches. This new one is the perfect scale, very clean lines, and has a 3 inch depth. Suddenly the ceiling doesn't seem so low now. What a difference!

I bought 3 of theses lights - 2 for walk in closets and one for a laundry room. They give off enough light but changing the bulb is difficult and finding the replacement bulb wasnt the easiest. I needed to order it online for about $15. Other than that the light is nice and sleek and gives off enough light for smaller areas.
