It was difficult to put together, and gave me the impression that it wouldn't be very sturdy. But, once I figured it out, it seems to work just fine. It looks good and it does a good job.

still haven't managed to put it together properly. it may have had the wrong part kit, but regardless the instructions were hard to read and diagrams were useless

I have a dark living room that needed light. This lamp helped a lot. It has a 150v halogen bulb which gives off nice bright light. Also, the lamp arm length is adjustable and it is very stable.

Lamp is beautiful and perfectly suits the guest bedroom I am using it in. Since the room has no overhead lighting, this provides a perfect alternative. Only negative I would say is that the directions aren't very clear for assembly, and there were some small screws missing. But overall, am very pleased, and would recommend this lamp to everyone. Lots of bang for the buck!
