Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Relatively easy to assemble. A second set of hands makes things go faster. Also, some of the instructions require you either to have the chair up on a table or be under the chair when assembling. Having the parts go together in a different order would be a help. But total assembly time is about 20 minutes/chair.
