beautiful!
I bought this recently and had it installed in my bathroom on a side wall. It looks terrific, but I've only ever seen this light shown (on Lamps Plus and in a local showroom) with the lights pointing upwards. My electrician installed it the other way around, which I like so much better-- with lights pointing downwards. He commented that he was surprised that they show these with the lights pointing upwards as they have halogen bulbs. And there' no glass covering those bulbs on top, so they're open to dust and anything else that swirls around in the room. Halogen bulbs can get so hot, that they can spark a fire-- so, if not protected by glass (and, again, these are surrounded by glass on the sides, but open on the top-- they should be installed pointing downwards. Additionally, the writing on the back suggests they be installed pointing down.

They are great looking mid-century modern lights, with a hint of art deco-- they look great and offer ample light.

Pros: Great Value, Quality Construction, Easy To Install, Attractive Design, Great Illumination
