all these lamps need cables and rarely do manufacturers show where the cables are. one plus about this lamp is it has a switch on it

Absolutely beautiful lamp. We bought two, one for each bed side table. Beautiful lines, colors, finish, design, mechanics. Base is heavy and stable, dimmer works perfectly without hum. Exceptionally long reach - longest of any lamp - and stays solid at furthest reach. Head turns also, so can turn bulb away from you or spouse.

I have this set up in my office where I have a matrix of four computer screens. This desk lamp is tall enough I can see all of the screens and it still lights the desk. A strong and stylish addition to my workspace.
