Jamie Young mixes unrelated styles and techniques in ways that create wonderfully innovative lighting designs. This cast metal floor lamp was created using a technique that is hundreds of years old. A mold is made of the original carved model, then liquid metal is poured into the mold. Craftsman hand-apply the incredible black patina that gives this piece its unusual look. A large tapered rectangular shade of natural linen sits on top.
