The Track-Lite head combines subtle styling with the convenience of a twist-and-lock GU10 socket. Gimbal ring design looks great in any setting. Offers 90 degree vertical and 358 degree horizontal adjustment. Drawn steel housing comes in a clean white finish.

Metal Clamp on inside is a bad design

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

When replacing bulbs the metal clamp inside makes it difficult to remove & install new bulb. Bad design,sometimes the clamp breaks off. Other than that it's a good product.
