This Kathy Ireland air purifier offers maximum protection against harmful agents in the air. It comes with a 4-stage filter process; a HEPA filter that traps up to 99.97 percent of air-borne particles; an Activated Carbon Filter absorbs harmful gases and odors; a Photo Catalyst Filter traps bacteria, molds and viruses; and an Electrostatic Plasma Filter captures larger particles. Also comes with an Ionizer Air Cleaner and an Anti-Germ UV air cleaner light that further cleans the air. Air flow rate of 147-235 CFM. The perfect room air purifier for rooms up to 560 square feet.

Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

1 in master BR and 1 in living rm. Keep them both set to High Sensitivity in sensor mode. Haven't used UV yet but will when flu bugs reach town. Was initially concerned about all the LED lights keeping us awake but not a problem-even serve as relatively dim night light. Don't have any negative experience to date, all surprises have been pleasant.
