Not for a low ceiling and worse
By Fashiondesignermom from Washington, dc on 10/14/2015
Cons:
stretches down, flawed design
Describe Yourself:

Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I got this light 6 mos ago and was satisfied. Now the weight of the glass has pulled down on the frame and you can see all the ugly hardware from across the room. The frame was not designed to hold the weight of the glass. Very disappointing because I liked it when we got it. The piece of the frame that is cantilevered for installation is loose and drooping.

I have been to several stores and still can't find bulbs that provide white bright light under that golden glove, that aren't blue piercing or yellow tones. Entire kitchen looks yellow with soft white led. Interrogation with daylight led. impossible to find a light bulb. wish I would have gotten light with different glass.

Beautiful, Not for low ceilings
By Paulette the Perfectionist Verified Purchaser from Ojai, CA on 12/29/2011
Pros:
Diffused Light, Attractive Design
Cons:
Wires show as this light
Best Uses:
Bedroom, Kitchen, Living Room
Primary Use:
Personal
Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Because this light has arched holders of globe, the wires were totally visible above the top of the globe, I expect they would not show if it were hung on a high ceiling, but mine is in the kitchen on average height ceiling (7-8 ft).

This is a perfect addition to my kitchen since it matches the large globe portion of my chandelier in my adjacent dining room. Low profile so even my tallest neighbor won't hit his head!!
