very nice fixture but photo not perfect

This fixture looks nice but what isn't clear in the photo is that the glass bottom does not fill the entire shade but rests against white prongs with a gap of a quarter inch all around. I suppose this is designed to make it airier. A small negative is that you see the prongs through the glass. Also, buyers should know that the gap is big enough so that from underneath the fixture you see through it and up to the ceiling. Also not clear in the photo is that the bronze metal color is burnished, which looks very nice. Although these design aspects were surprising based on the photo, all in all it's a very well made and attractive fixture that is worth the price. The shade has a nice texture and it filters light nicely in a bedroom.

Can't think of any cons about this product. Not only would I purchase this product again I would certainly recommend it to others for its quality and looks. Would you believe we're using it in our master closet-clear, bright, yet diffuse light: it's perfect for this location.
