This is a very nice sturdy and pretty tiffany lamp. I received it on the open box outlet and got a great deal. The base is sturdy and nice looking. The shade could use a bit more color element to it, but it still is really nice. Overall its a cheerful and bright lamp if you have that need, which I do in my house so it works perfectly. The base alone is worth it, and the leaves pattern is very subtle and real looking. Recommended on a sale price if you can find it there.

The larger lamp is in the living room where I use it primarily for reading but also for its decorative value. The smaller is in my husband's study, where he uses it for supplemental light. The one in the living room stands in front of a Japanese screen painted with cranes, and the two pieces complement each other even more successfully than I had anticipated. The one in my husband's study is lovely to view through the den and from a large foyer.
