I purchased this to rehab a lovely 30" tall hammered brass lamp I bought about ten years ago. The lamp itself is perfect in my mission-style furnished living room, but the cream colored shade left a lot to be desired. This shade adds more to the lamp's aesthetics than I'd even imagined. It actually filters light and provides an extremely lovely golden glow, and the three-way bulb adds to its functionality.
