No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I am using five of these fixures over my kitchen Island for more illumination and decoration. I just love the multiple colors that are seen in the lamp shaade itself. The color of the iron matches the barstool chairs that I have perfectly! I have not found anything that I dislike about this product.
