Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Really love the quality in this light[...] One slight disappointment is that the background color of the alabaster is a much brighter white than it looks in the the picture (at least on mine -- I'm sure there is some variation). As a result, it doesn't coordinate as well as I wanted with some of the more beige/brown glass pendents and scones I have in the room.
