Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

What a difference it made in the entire look of my kitchen to add pendant lights over the island. This is definitely a more stylish look and the lights give off a nice, warm glow. It updated our kitchen for very little investment. The canisters are smaller than typical canister lights so I had to buy disk adapters and paint them to match the base which was an additional cost if you're replacing typical canister lights in that space.
