I ordered two of these lamps because I liked the unique design and the dimmer switch feature. I thought they would be perfect for over the bed. I inspected them when they arrived and they looked fine, however after they were hung I pulled the arms over to the side and the double side bars were crooked. This made the lamp shades angled and not straight up and down. They looked terrible and I returned them both. Lamps Plus took both back with no questions asked even though one was not in the original box. I have purchased many products from Lamps Plus and never had this problem before. They are a good and reputable business.

I got this lamp for half price, which made it worth it, but the quality could be a little better. The mounting plate is too narrow which made the installation a little tricky. It works good and looks ok once installed. [*]...I guess one needs to spend about $300 to get a really well made lamp these days, but for the price its acceptable.

I have a large, dark--chocolate colored--family room that had a very dark corner near a bookshelf. This sconce is perfect. It adds warmth--and light!--to the corner and looks great in the room. It definitely looks a lot more expensive than the [$] I paid for it! I didn't give it the highest rating because it really does need a cord cover, but in my case the cord is the same color as the wall. It's just an extra purchase.
