The compact dimensions make this light practical and unobtrusive. Corinthian bronze finish over aluminum is blended with striking amber colored ribbed glass. I am using these lights to update our well restored (and well lit) craftsman home; buying them one by one to replace 5 rusted and out dated fixtures. The fixtures are easy to install and i think they are a subtle and elegant addition to our home. Please note, the bottom glass plate of ceiling mount version cracked after i changed bulbs recently. i was not aware of negligence on my part, but i will be much more careful in the future.
