My 14-yo son and I just installed this light on the ceiling of my bathroom tonight. Because of the location, it was definitely a two person job. It would have been easier to install the bulbs and shades BEFORE hanging the fixture, but the instructions said to do that last. We had a hard time getting the threads on the screw-in parts to line up properly. Some blue language. Had no idea what the metal part that looks like a tuning fork was for until we'd been struggling for half an hour to get the blasted bulbs in, then figured out it's a wrench to turn the little threaded parts. The instructions make no mention of it. Also these bulbs get VERY hot. Anyway, it was a learning experience, and the light's in and looks awesome.
