had a friend who's an electrician install & even though the directions were pretty pathetic he found it very easy and quick to install. I love the drum look without having a fabric lampshade & it provides right amount of lighting over my kitchen table!

This is a beautiful light & it looks beautiful over our kitchen table - but, it was a bad bear to install. There was not an instruction sheet, several screws were missing, so we had to "wing it". We've done lots of light fixtures, but this one was particularly difficult and took us four hours to hang.

The fixture looks beautiful in my daughter's foyer. We discovered, however, that it is designed for a flat ceiling and not for the slanted ceiling where it was to be hung. Our creative electrician was able to remedy that with the use of a bolt/nut to create a slant in the mounting, and the fixture is securely in place. The quality is outstanding, and the coordinating fixtures look beautiful as well.
