One of the lamp had a small defect. The person that did the installation fixed it and I did not have to go to the trouble of returning one lamp. They give great light in the bedroom and I love the look.

Ordered two of these for the living room area of my loft. Had them hardwired by an electrician so that the cords could be removed. The flip on/off switch on the backplate makes that possible. Very pleased with how they work and look in a contemporary space. I'd have given these sconces five stars except I really didn't care for the bland white shades. I know a lot of folks would be happy with something plain, white and simple, but I replaced them with shades that were round and have a bit of design to them. Looks awesome.

I purchased two of these lamps to place on a tall knee-wall in the back of our home office. Using 75 watt bulbs apiece they cast enough light to the counter below. They are well-made, contemporary and were very easy to install. They really dressed up the office without taking up a lot of space.
