I purchased this lamp to use in my office/craft room. I lean towards "statement" items with a touch of the feminine and I absolutely love this lamp. It's much sturdier than I thought it would be and the base is quite heavy. It will be very easy to clean, too. I also bought the matching ceiling shade and can't say about ease of installation as I'm hiring someone to do that. Great looking at a great price!

I have 5 of these lamps. I use them in every room in my spa, as well as, the reception area. EVERYONE comments on how beautiful and unusual they are!!! They are sophisticated, elegant and classy! I was pleasantly surprised at how heavy they are! Great quality. The only drawback I have right now is they are time consuming and hard to dust. I don't like to dust. :)

Great looking lamp. The shade is really cool looking... but it is a little wobbly. Wish it was made out of glass instead of plastic. Still a really neat piece.

These lamps really make a statement! I am using them as bedside lamps; they are a bit large for that purpose, but I love them anyway. For such a small bulb, the design really throws out a lot of light, and the ambience is beautiful. The only downside I can see is that dusting the shades will be a bit tedious, but that is a small price to pay for these lamps that really pack a punch!

It definitely catches your eye against a painted wall. It provides good illumination. It's sturdy and well made. As an earlier reviewer mentioned, it does take a smaller type bulb, so be sure to order those with the lamp.

There are already so many great reviews of this lamp, but it is so beautiful and fun that it deserves another. We bought it for a back corner in the livingroom, but immediately moved it to the foyer. It is too pretty to hide. It also gives off a bright and cheerful light with no glare. I love it.

We bought two of these to put on the nightstands on each side of our bed...and they are FABULOUS. They look amazing....very artsy & modern, yet delicate at the same time. And the light they put out is fantastic...very soft & beautiful, yet bright enough to light up the room and read a book in bed. They look gorgeous when they're on AND when they're off...we absolutely adore them. We were afraid they might be too much, but they have made the room!
