We renovated our living room, and needed to get new lights that went with the modern look of our design. These lamps are perfect. They just complete the room and add that touch of class. One thing that we do need to get used to is the shadows that are cast by this light, but the overall look of the light overshadows that.

I was a little nervous to buy something on line that I hadn't "seen/touched" in person ... but after talking with a customer service rep - I just did it. I am VERY glad I did ... I absolutely LOVE it!! It's a piece of art! It provides a lot of light in the dark corner of my living room. It's extremely well made. I couldn't be happier with it (and the matching table lamps).

Sometimes when you are putting a room together you want an element that has an expressive form or profile. This floor lamp fits the bill.
