People are drawn to this light fixture as they walk in my house and quickly comment on how unique and beautiful it is. Customer service was great. The chandelier is just as it was pictured. I love the amber glass details. (My husband hung it by himself, so I can't comment on the ease of that, though I don't think there were any problems.) Would buy from Lamps Plus again.
