Great lamp for the price!

Bottom Line:
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I represent a clothing designer and hold trunk shows. This lamp is lightweight, yet strong and illuminates well. I would prefer something smaller and a bit more stylish, but the smaller halogen lamps get overly hot - not a good thing around fabric. I generally clip the lamp to my metal clothing rack, which can get tricky when it comes to keeping the lamp in place. All in all, this lamp is worth the buy.
