Who wants a crooked light?
from Jacksonville, FL
Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
I purchased this fixture for use in a guest bathroom. However, I could not use it with the globe lights pointing down as I intended. I had it installed by a professional electrician, but the left globe was approx 3 inches off the wall, while the right globe butted up to the wall, making the light fixture look weirdly uneven and crooked. The arm that all the globe lights attach to is not adjustable or bendable in any way. I had I planned to have the globe lights hang over a framed mirror but because the right globe has no room behind it I could. It.
I contacted Quoizel directly and sent them pictures and they suggested that I contact my point of purchase. I did, and the customer service at Lamps Plus was incredible! They shipped a duplicate light fixture within a couple of days - I thought maybe I had a defected one. Turns out what is defective is the overall design, because the new own is exactly the same. In the pictures it looks great, but in reality it looks crooked! Lamps Plus is a great source for great lighting, but this particular product form Quoizel is not good, and since their customer service was not helpful, I will choose another brand of lighting from Lamps Plus for my guest bathroom.
