This lamp is absolutely gorgeous when off and when you turn it on....it's stunning! The gradation of color in the glass pebble shade offers a soft glow from afar but also gives more than adequate reading lighting. The shape of the shade is perfect for me to read on one side while not hindering others who prefer less direct light. It is extremely sturdy and well built. Love it!

This is a gorgeous piece of sculpture that goes well with any neutral decor to quietly bring expression out either on its' own or as a pair. The workmanship is rather good and the glass shade is exceptional. I would suggest using lemon oil to clean the glass though once every six months to add continues lustre to the bronze finish and the glass shade. It looks perfect in my den amongst the worn leather club chair with my red oak mission style side table, book cases, and heirloom Turkish rug.
