Loved these and went into a store to see them in person. Purchased two to put over our kitchen island. Perfect task lighting for food prep and cooking. They have a slight opal color to the inside of the glass...adds a bit of pop that doesn't show up in pictures. Nice quality light, was impressed that they felt so sturdy.

We purchased three to replace prior custom, glass-blown pendants over our kitchen island. They provide better lighting and the color is more compatible with the granite tiles, backsplash, counter tops, etc.

Love the subtle color and shading on the glass. They don't scream at you but the look is high quality. Two things I wish were different: the glass shade is on the short side, so you do see the bulb hanging out if you are at less than eye level, and 2) they are suspended not from a cord, but from a threaded rod, that cannot be cut to a custom length. This is probably ok, since there are several lengths to choose from, but our ceiling slopes across the bar, so we could not get the 3 pendants to hang at an even height! Annoying!

Two fixtures look just great over our peninsula counter. We hung them at 32" (bottom) above the counter, on a dimmer switch, which I do recommend. It gives a lot of versatility for different lighting needs on different occasions. I had purchased clear glass fixtures from another company and returned them because I was afraid that they would be too bright, plus the cord was kinked and I wasn't sure would ever straighten out. I love that these hang from a rod. One thing to note, they looked round in the photo, they are actually an oblong shape, which is fine. They also looked much whiter in the photo, but the glass is more antiqued looking, which I actually liked better. I shopped many, many fixtures and consider these to be a good value, [...]

The light was very easy assemble and variable rods make it perfect for tall ceilings. Although picture on the web doesn't show, the shades has a slight iridescent quality, which give it an even more sophiticated look. I am very pleased with my purchase.

These were perfect for over our small kitchen eating counter. The various rod lengths made it easy to pick the right height from our 10 foot ceilings. Provided exactly what we wanted and blended well with our other chandeliers. I am very pleased with this purchase. (We purchased 3.)

I searched all over for small pendant lights to hang over my bar in my small kitchen. For the price, these lights turned out beautifully. I was concerned at first with the iridescent finished glass on the inside, but it turned out to illuminate nicely. You can only see the slight colors on the inside of the glass when the light is on. The outside of the shade has a soft amber glow and looks very nice in my transitional style kitchen. The iron oxide finish is an espresso brown with smooth flecks of lighter brown, giving it an overall look of dark brown similar to an oil-rubbed bronze. I would recommend soft white, 40 watt bulbs (the 100s they recommend are much too bright.)
