This is an absolutely beautiful fountain! Very well made and impressive. So easy to assemble - my husband was very pleased about that! It's definitely a fountain that needs to be in the right place for you to appreciate and enjoy. It is somewhat noisy (due to the distance the water falls from the top section into the basin I think) and like the other review states, it does splash out somewhat causing a wet surface. So consideration will need to be given as to where you place it. Ours is in a courtyard in the front of our house so the noise and damp surface isn't an issue for us. We absolutely LOVE it! Incredible quality for the price - we highly recommend it!

The ordering/shipping process was easy and as promised. The fountain was easy to install, and a good balance of sturdy construction yet light enough to move come winter. Looks much more attractive when blending with a structure and some landscaping than it does freestanding. Two suprises, however. One, I wouldn't describe the water noise as "gentle" - not overly loud, but it takes time to get used to. Two, water splashes(sprays?) out of the fountain - actually quite good for the two hydrangeas I planted on either side, but you must be prepared for "wet" around the base of the fountain. All in all, quite pleased with my first fountain purchase. I might go in a different direction the next time, but this attractive and a good value.

This is a nice looking fountain! It's heavy but not prohibitively like concrete, and looks so much better than plastic/resin fountains. I'm very pleased with it.
