This lamp shade completed a gift for a very dificult-to-buy-for relative for Christmas. I wish I could get a "Big" shade in the same style and color for one of our lamps.

These lampshades are a brilliant scarlet color--one of the most attractive shades I've seen in awhile. The shade does go a bit transparent when lit, but that adds to the functionality so I don't mind. I liked this so much, I'm buying a second one.
