This subdued and elegant pendant light from Robert Abbey. Accomodates three bulbs under a set of two distinctive shades. The outer shade is fashioned from a lovely, transparent Elna Plata fabric while ascot whhite fabric makes up the inner shade. A white acrylic diffuser creates an even illumination.

I purchased two of these pendants and two of the matching, semi-flush ceiling lights (available if you call). They are very nicely constructed and cast a bright, but subdued light. The lights look more classy in person than represented in the pictures. All the hardware is solid stainless steel and is very well done. These lights, while not cheap, are constructed like much more expensive fixtures. Although I understood the measurements when ordering, the lights are larger in person than I had anticipated. However, they look fantastic over my modern, mid-centuryish dining room table and hanging in the entry to my house. It did take a very long time to get the lights. The factory back-ordered them several times. In the end, however, they were worth the wait.
