Makes an annoying buzzing sound.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This makes an annoying buzzing sound making me feel like i'm in my grandfather's garage or something. It also does not light the small room i have it in nearly enough. Sort of cheap looking too since it's plastic. Only buy this for a small closet or pantry if you must.
