crystal drops difficult to attach, broke a couple of nails but on the flip side the drops should stay attached

i do not own this chandlier, but i have been looking for some time and i have settled my eye on this chanderlier. i will call the 800 number and make an order for this item. the color, style and unique look has made me very happy to finally found this chanderlier
