This chandelier is big. It looks very high end Italian Tuscany-ish. With a 20' ceiling, I already cycled through two other fixtures that ended up looking too small. This one is perfect. Mine did not come with any assemble instructions but all you have to do is attach to main center piece and assemble it while it's hanging. Actually turned out to be very easy. You just match up the a/b/c hole to the a/b/c piece. Much easier to put up than I thought it'd be.

Service & Delivery comments:

OK, this is IMPORTANT!!!! Even better than the great Chandelier I bought here, was the service. VERY helpful during sale. Even talked me out of a $4,000 Chandelier in favor of a $1,000 one that matches the house better. Lamps Plus is a very professional store. Like a Home Depot or Lowes, except Lamps Plus has a huge selection and helpful people that don't run from customers when they have questions. Because so many items were on sale and blow out prices, I thought it was like one of those "cash only" "all purchases are final" deal. Actually not even close. They offer price protection, no questions asked return policy, and they take stuff back with a smile on their face. They don't make you feel bad like other stores do. I'll for sure buy all my lighting needs here from now on.
