This the second set of these lights that I have had. They work very well for the first 6 months, then get to the point of only staying on for about an hour after sunset. During this time the lights aren't as bright as they use to be. I beleive either the battery is a bad design or the charging panel isn't big enough to get the battery up to a full charge. The panel is in full sun most od the day (12 hours in Summer and 10 Hours in the winter) I have had othere solar lights that the batteries have lasted for more than three years.

This product work fine the first year. The second year of use the battery never would get a full charge. The lights were not as bright as the first year and they would only stay on for about two hours before going off. The first year they would stay on for about ten hours. The battery should last for more than 1 year. I tried turning off the switch on the lights so they could get a full charge, but that didn't help. Good design but bad battery
