This beautiful antique-style table lamp is patterned after classic oil-burning lamps from the Victorian era. The design features a red rose pattern on amber tinted glass, a clear glass chimney shade and antique brass finished metal components. Artisan made in North Carolina by Summit Lighting. Top switch controls main bulb and night light bulb.

It's unique and not in current vogue (unfortunately) which makes it impossible to find in local stores. While I would love a Quoizel brand, they are too overpriced for something as fragile as this lamp. The bulb has a higher wattage than I expected which is a plus. The nightlight is perfect. The hand-painting is a bit (let's be honest) heavy brushed - too broad of strokes and takes from the delicacy of the lamp. But for the price, it's Ok. I wish the red of the rose was a pinker hue or had some pink detail along with it. I would purchase this product again and I do recommend it.
