very attractive and does not draw attention to itself. i thought it would be brighter with the halogen light. luckily it is in a small guest bedroom where I also have side lights. it feels like a 40 or 60 watt incadescnetn bulb.

The problem with installation was that the screw holes did not match up and had to be installed on an angle. But still the perfect mid-century style I was looking forl

I installed this overhead light near my tub in a recent bath remodel. The style is great -- simple, not overpowering and fits well with other lights purchased for vanity. It is on the same switch as vanity lights; otherwise it probably would not be bright enough to light the bathroom. The glass is extremely heavy and I worried about it staying put but it has performed well so far.
