Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

Beautiful with my amber glass lamps and tan shades, but first time you unscrew it from lamp the glue seal breaks and the finial now spins freely. To unscrew you must grab below finial top and unscrew the small metal ring at the bottom of the finial. Plus the screw threads on one of them was cut at a slight angle so the topper leans forward a little.
