Beautiful

Finally replaced those builder strip lights in my master bathroom. These lights add a comtemporary flair. They are great quality and look very nice. The unpolished travertine adds a nice texture in contrast to my similiarly colored polished marble counter tops. I was worried about there not being enough light, but they are quite bright with the 4 100 watt bulbs. One wierd thing is that the filament of some of the bulbs cast a slight line visible on the white shades. The lights can be installed both ways, but I chose to have the shades up, and I think that works better, as they do not interfere with the mirror. Speaking of the mirror, I wish they had a longer, 5 lighter as I have a very large mirror on the wall, and a longer length would have looked better.

The travertine gives the fixture a very warm look and goes great if you have travertine anywhere else in the room (floors, shower). Looks much nicer than the standard metal fixtures and compliments the other natural elements in the bathroom.
