These are heavy, high quality lights. The base is brown-black, blending well with either color, shade is quite bright white as you see in the picture. The stone is subtle but gorgeous. They don't attract undue attention themselves, but work well as a classy touch with many pieces. They diffuse light well. Sizing is a little on the small side for a sconce, so make sure it seems right for the scale of your room... worked perfect for my bath, especially with matching vanity bar. Best in pairs.
