When we mounted our flat screen TV over the fireplace to save floor space for additional seating, we still needed something to hold the cable box, DVD player, etc. This table fits the bill perfectly. It holds all those accessories on the bottom shelves, while leaving the top shelf free for daily use. It's compact and the light is good for reading. It was easy to put together and is level.

Very poor workmanship and packaging

The shelf arrived in an open package that was pretty banged up. The unit itself only suffered minor damage, so it wasn't worth the time to return it. However, it exposed how shoddy the workmanship is on the product. It rocks back and forth with the brackets on the end, bending extremely easily. Furthermore, there are four screws included to secure the lamp post into the base of the unit- but they forgot to machine the holes to insert the screws. The packaging material was frustrating. It's surrounded by that very cheap rigid styrofoam that disintegrates into millions of tiny pieces if you breath heavily on it. Very poor quality control and extremely crummy output. The only good thing I can say is that it looks just as depicted. Avoid.

Amazing lamp. The best design on a market for the lamp/table option. Much better in person. Enough light to provide cozy light for rooms and for reading time. We love it!!!!

This end table/lamp is a great find. It was easy to put together and is sturdy as well as attractive. The design is very classic contemporary but lends itself well to my home's blend of craftsman and arts & crafts style. But the BEST thing about it is the illumination. It's a great reading lamp.

This perfectly designed functional floor lamp with triple shelves solved a difficult decorating and lighting dilemma. It fit beautifully into a tight space between a sofa and chair in our Great room. It has ample room for books, magazines, dvd's, cd's and laptops. The height of the top shelf is just right to place your favorite beverage while you read, work on your laptop or watch television.

My partner and I ordered two of these table/lamps to put on either side of the bed as bedside tables. I couldn't be happier with them. First, it so easy to put together; just put two poles in place and then screw in four screws. Easy-peasy-pie! Secondly, the quality is really high. The wood has a gorgeous grain, the lamp shades are heavy-duty, and what's really cool is that the light switch is actually on the outside of the pole, not just a pull string. It's just really well made. Lastly, they are just the look we wanted: clean, modern, with a bit of warmth via the wood and cream shades. They are larger in person than they appeared in the photos. Obviously, I highly recommend this product!
