No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The basic body construction {iron}, is OK , although there are a few random holes drilled in a couple of the arms? The crystals were such a disapointment. Some were scuffed, scratched, and a couple were chipped.NOT of good quality at all. I ended up replacing them on my own. I also,like the previous reviewer hated the candle covers. I sprayed them deep bronz to match the iron.

I liked this online but its a bit too big and too much for my dining room-we also do not like the fake candles and would prefer them to be encased in metal or what have you
