Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I purchased this fountain for my home in Maryland and when I moved to Virginia I purchased another one. I'm having a little trouble with the lights on the second fountain. One of the lights keeps letting water seep in and shorts out the bulb. I am hoping I can purchased another set of lights and pump and that should solve the problem.
