I just had my contractor install this light today, and I hung the crystals myself. I haven't been able to get anything done this evening because I just find myself looking at the light. It is lovely, and none of the photos do it justice. During the day it sparkles; at night it casts tiny rainbows around the room. It adds more of a modern, sculptural feel to the dining room without overwhelming it. The only downside for me is that it isn't very bright, but two of the halogen bulbs came broken, so maybe when I get it from 80 watts total to 120 watts, it will be fine.

This is a very beautiful light. I think it looks much nicer in person. I probably wouldn't have bought it if I had not seen a similar light at a store. It didn't take the electrician long to install it. It took me maybe 15 minutes to hang the 30+ strings of crystals. They have a tinny hook, and you just need to hook them to the light base.
