I have 2 of these lamps in our bedroom for 3 years now. I was looking for lamps for another house and came across this lamp and I was reminded how much I love it. It has a art deco feel, but could look good in almost any style room. It looks great in our NY master bedroom. The glass shade is very attractive and it is well made. I love this lamp!

I bought this to use as my office desk lamp. I was looking for something that was a bit modern but not to 'way-out' for my office I recently remodeled. With new wood flooring and a metal and glass new desk, this lamp was the perfect match. It gives great light to work by, is attractive and has drawn positive comments from others. We love this lamp! We bought 2 for our bedside tables and they are perfect - great light, elegant yet simple clean design. VERY sturdy base so it's easy to pull the chain... The chains look like decorative "earrings" and very attractive. Perfect choice for us!

I recommend this lamp. It is a modern looking product with no frills. Very clean lines, nicely contrasting materials. Light output is high enough to be used in a variety of settings, but I bought it as an ambient, indirect source of light for a sitting corner in my office. The use of the dimmer switch that can be purchased separately from the same site is highly recommended if you want to use this for ambient lighting, as the two 60W bulbs put out a lot of light when used without a dimmer.
